Who we are
At CAG Drives, we believe electric motors are more than a product — they are the foundation of performance, safety and responsibility. We design, test and optimize every motor ourselves to meet the exact needs of our customers — from smart diagnostics to long-term reliability.
Our mission is simple: to help industries move better, with less risk and greater sustainability. That’s why we created the ZERO concept — a standard that brings testing, monitoring, circular thinking and service into every motor we build.

Our story
The story of CAG began in 1991, when Marek Sprincl — a passionate engineer — produced his first electric motors. From the very beginning, his goal was not only technical performance, but also fairness in global supply, long-term reliability, and honest partnerships.
Over the years, CAG has evolved into an international brand — with our own design, global assembly options, and a strong commitment to transparency and responsibility.
Today, we combine the power of engineering with innovation to meet both performance and environmental goals. Through the ZERO concept, we bring technology, service and sustainability together — to build a better world, one motor at a time.

Innovation that powers performance — and responsibility. At CAG Drives, innovation is more than a slogan — it’s embedded in every product we build. Our in-house engineering team designs all motors from the ground up, integrating smart diagnostics, predictive analytics and materials chosen for durability, safety and environmental impact.
We partner with leading technical universities and research centers to develop new generations of electric machines — lighter, more efficient, and built with the future in mind. This includes our own diagnostic CHIP modules, vibration sensors, long-life stator insulation, and circular design principles that reduce waste without sacrificing performance.

Manufacturing & Quality
Built with care. Tested with certainty. Our production model is global and flexible — combining long-standing partnerships in Asia with final assembly options in Europe. For over 20 years, we’ve worked with trusted suppliers who meet our standards for quality, responsibility and sustainability.
We design all motors ourselves and produce key components either in-house or with audited partners. Each motor is tested under load conditions, and available with full documentation, diagnostics, and optional EU-origin assembly via our Turkish facility.
