Our mission is to do everything we can to expand human potential. We do this by creating breakthrough technological innovations and striving to make our products more sustainable. Our efforts are for one goal. To positively impact the world in which we live and work.
CAG Drives, based in the Europe (Czech Republic), manufactures electrical technolgy under the CAG brand.
History
CAG has come a long way. Its roots go back to 1991, when Marek Sprincl, a passionate engineer, started the production of the first electric motors. From the beginning, we have strived to build a comprehensive global supply chain that is fair to all.
We are proud of the role we play in creating an environment of collaboration and transparency. Now, we’re using the power of innovation to set environmental and social goals. While we’ve made significant progress, we’re constantly working to make improvements that will help build a better world for us all.
Innovation
We feel a partial responsibility to ensure that all people can, live and thrive for generations. We develop sustainable products and innovate new materials and are committed to finding ways to solve today’s problems for a better tomorrow with zero compromise to sustainability, quality and performance.
Our in-house engineering team and collaborations with technical universities have enabled us to design many innovative improvements as well as breakthrough technologies that will deliver more powerful machines without using environmentally unfriendly materials. In this way, our products significantly save the environment and this is proof of our no-compromise approach.

We believe that world-class manufacturing starts with respect for people and the environment. We work with suppliers who share our commitment to responsibly and sustainably produced products.
CAG has worked with most of our suppliers for over 20 years. During this time, we have built strong personal and professional relationships and found a form of collaboration that works towards a better future.
