1991
Marek Sprincl, an enthusiastic electrical engineer, establishes an electrical repair shop in Karlovy Vary. He starts by repairing small appliances and electric motors.
1996
The company focuses on custom design of electric motors.1998
Expansion of capacities to include repairs of engines of higher power up to 100kW.2000
Expansion of motor repair capacity up to 500 kW.
2002
The company relocates to new production facility.
2004
Start of business activity with new electric motors.2005
Opening of our own design centre for electromagnetic calculations.2007
Transformation of the company into a legal form under the business name CAG Electric Machinery s.r.o.2008
The development centre was expanded to include mechanical calculations.
2009
A new range of motors is launched, completely designed by CAG.
2010
Expansion into international markets.2011
Opening of cooperation with universities in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Start of development of own HV inverter.
2013
Completion of calculations for the first high-voltage motor and production of a test sample. The first real high-voltage inverter is built and life tests are started.2014
Completion of calculations for the first high-voltage motor and production of a test sample. The first real high-voltage inverter is built and life tests are started.
2015
Completion of operational tests of our own high-voltage converter. The tests have shown that the calculations are error-free, and serial production has started.
2016
Together with TUKE Košice University, the development of an innovative type of electric motor called Synchronous Reluctance Motor has started.2017
We continue to design and test Reluctance engines. Field tests verify the accuracy of our designs.2018
Start of development of custom software for inverters for Reluctance motors.We believe
advance human progress, and sustain
our planet.
